Large HR conferences require attendees to trudge through massive exhibit halls to meet vendors in booths. That's not the way LEAP does it.
We call LEAP a symposium, instead of a conference, for a reason. About 200 business owners and senior HR executives join us each year. LEAP's focus is on learning, not selling. Attendees enjoy discussions led by expert attorneys in an informal, collegial format. Sponsors join with them, while receiving other benefits.

Enjoy full participation
Sponsors and attendees participate in the main room of the symposium, not a separate exhibit hall. Throughout the entire symposium, attendees have the opportunity to understand the services of sponsors. Sponsors are free to participate like any other attendee, discussing topics in sessions, luncheons, refreshment breaks, and our cocktail receptions.
Present in plenary and roundtable sessions
Speaking opportunities can be available as part of sponsorship, including opportunities to address all conference attendees and to moderate more focused roundtables.
The Wednesday plenary speaking opportunity takes place at the start of the conference. These sessions are promoted heavily to registrants as a pre-conference, add-on benefit of symposium attendance. Presentations are on a subject of your choosing, branded as sponsored content. We encourage sponsors to educate rather than pitch to their audiences.
Sponsors may also lead roundtable discussions at the symposium on subjects of their choosing.

Opportunities to improve brand recognition among conference attendees are available with sponsorship. These can include refreshment break, luncheon, or cocktail reception sponsorship, logo presence on lanyards and other conference materials, tabletop displays, lanyards, tote bags, etc.

The HR Specialist, the producers of LEAP 2019, communicates frequently with potential and actual symposium attendees. Sponsors can receive up to one million impressions through these materials, via print, this website, and e-promotions. We also make our opt-in, high-quality distribution list available to sponsors as part of sponsorship for their separate marketing purposes.
